Healthy drinks & efficient food supplements based on wild organic birch water
BIRCH WATER DRINKS
Our Fresh Birch Sap line is based on the fresh birch water tapped from the birch tree in the spring. With its natural sweetness, trace minerals and vitamins it is considered a youth elixir in the Nordic countries. If you are new to birch water, this is a safe place to start enjoying this nature’s gift.
BIRCH WATER DRINKS
Our Fermented Birch Sap line is based on the fermented birch water “SOUR” that we know from our grandma since we were kids. Fermented birch water contains living cultures that stimulate your digestive system. If fermented tastes are new to you, start with the flavoured versions and work your way up to the pure, living birch water.

SPRAY FOOD SUPPLEMENTS
Börch spray food supplements are an effective way of delivering essential nutrients directly into the blood stream. Each spray produces nano-sized droplets, that permeate the soft tissue of the inner cheek and deliver the essential nutrients directly in the vein-system below thereby bypassing the digestive system, where many of these essential nutrients can get lost.
Our family company was inspired by our beloved Grandma from Saaremaa (aka. Ösel). Every spring she would tap the trees and collect the nutritious and tasty birch sap and prepare it for fermentation. The fermented birch water was ready by the summer holidays and was the best refreshment on a hot day on a hayfield.
Birch water is tapped from birch trees once a year, in the early spring. In Nordic cultures, it has traditionally been the best revitalizing drink from the nature. It nourishes the body with natural trace minerals and vitamins.
Our commitment to the environment and sustainability
Would you rather live next to a forest owner who sells their timber or who keeps the forest in tact by utilising the goods of the forest? There is only one planet and we need to treat it with respect and care. In order to win the birch sap, we don not cut the birch trees, we tap the sap sustainably and process it into healthy products for you! It is preserving forests and contributing to biodiversity because these forests are kept alive for longer and are not cut down for timber. In addition, birch trees remineralize the forest soils and helps other species to grow.
